Ceremonial cacao is a pure, minimally processed form of cacao with a long tradition of use in ritual and gathering. Our ceremonial-grade cacao is single-origin from the Maya Mountain region of Belize and stone-ground to preserve its full-spectrum character.

Yes. All of our products are USDA Certified Organic, certified through CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers). We source from organic farms practicing regenerative and sustainable agriculture.

Our cacao is single-origin from the Maya Mountain region of Belize. Cacao sourcing is Fair Trade and USDA Organic certified. We do not blend cacao from multiple regions.

All Mandala Chocolate is stone-ground, formulated, and packaged at the Mandala Craftory at 445 Stoney Fork Rd, Barnardsville, NC 28709. The Craftory sits on a 67-acre certified organic regenerative forest farm in the Appalachian Mountains. Our Asheville retail shop is the public-facing tasting space.
