Welcome to MexaGoGo.com! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including ATV/scooter rentals and tour bookings. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
MexaGoGo offers online resources for ATVs and scooters, as well as guided tours of cenotes, landmarks, and cultural sites. On-site tours and support are provided by third-party local vendors, not MexaGoGo directly.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full via our secure payment processor (e.g., Stripe)
- Prices are as displayed on the website and may include taxes or fees where applicable
- Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the rental/tour date for a refund, minus 10% fee
Use of Rentals and Tours
- Rentals (ATVs/scooters) are for use by individuals meeting age and licensing requirements set by local laws and vendors
- You are responsible for complying with all local traffic laws and safety regulations
- Tours are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party vendors, including safety guidelines and cancellation policies
Liability
- MexaGoGo acts as a marketing platform and is not liable for the actions, services, or safety of third-party vendors
- You assume all risks associated with rentals and tours, including injury or damage. We recommend obtaining travel insurance
- MexaGoGo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment; liability lies with the third-party vendor
Delivery
- Free pick-up and delivery to your Airbnb or hotel are provided where available, subject to vendor discretion and location feasibility
- Delays or issues with delivery are handled by the third-party vendor
Intellectual Property
All content on MexaGoGo.com (e.g., logos, text) is owned by MexaGoGo and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
MexaGoGo is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
