30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team — reach out via our contact page with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive return authorization — we'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the item back — pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Opened food products (for health and safety reasons)
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full replacement or a complete refund, including any shipping costs. We want to make sure you receive the quality product you deserve.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
